Hi,
I have completed my Articles of Incorporation, completed the states requirements and requirements for my city ( filing assuming business name, got zoning permit). I applied to the state for a tax id number, as I want to sell products as a means to fund my non-profit. I also plan on being paid eventually, through the non-profit as the founder. Got my Federal EIN, and am somewhat comfortable with completing the 1023ez, what I require is someone to review the Bylaws. What would be the fee for this?
Ms. Perry — Thanks for contacting me. I would need more details before I would feel comfortable quoting a fee. Feel free to give me a call to discuss. 336.854.8667. — Jackie
I received a post card for advertising help with 501c3 application. It said that there was a 500 dollar flat fee.. does that include the filing fee? Also what all would be needed to get started. Thanks,
Malia Torres
Malia — Thanks for contacting. The flat legal fee does not include the IRS’ application fee. In order to complete the application I would need information regarding your board members and a narrative description. — Jackie
Do you have checklist to send to you before you file for the 501c3?
Is there a age restrictions who can found a non-profit?
My daughter is in high school and want to found a non-profit?
The founder can be any age, however the board members must all be adults. Once we get started I will send a list of items needed to complete the application package.
